The middle

Where they agree

  • Both name drug prices. Adeimy's site: "It is possible to provide affordable healthcare to Americans when insurance companies and drug manufacturers work together."2 Frankel's site: "Lois supports legislation to reduce prescription drug prices"7
  • Both name Everglades and lake water. Adeimy's site: "I pledge to work with our great Florida warrior, Congressman Brian Mast to find the best solutions to save our waters and the living environment."2 Frankel's site: "Lois worked to include the highest amount of Everglades restoration funding in history in this year's federal budget"14

Where they really split

  • Taxes: Adeimy's site: "Deborah believes Americans know how to spend their earned income better than Government."2 Frankel's site: "lower taxes for families with children"7
  • Health care: Adeimy's site names no law. Frankel's site: "extend Affordable Care Act tax credits"7
  • Guns and abortion: Adeimy's Home page lists "Second Amendment" as a topic with no text.3 Frankel's site: "banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines"12 and "one of the lead sponsors of the Women's Health Protection Act"10

What each one leaves out

  • Adeimy's Issues page names no policy on any of its six sections, says how on none, and gives no costs or dates. It states no vote, law or bill from her time in office, and her site lists none.2, 3
  • Frankel's ten issue pages name a policy on all ten. She says how on one (the Equality Act), gives no costs or dates, and shows a vote or bill action on five (the Women's Health Protection Act, the infrastructure bill, Everglades funding, the Equality Act, veterans student centers). Much of her health-care text describes laws that already passed.8, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16
